My name is Andy Lamb and I am the owner of Innovative Technologies in Greeneville, TN.  I am a geek at heart and love to read and tinker with anything pertaining to tech.  I have been in the “tech” business in various roles for the past 10+ years and have serviced everything from computers to copiers to tv’s.  The majority of my business is break-fix computer, printer & TV repair.  I run service calls through a variety of nation service providers as well as local contacts which gives me insight on the trends and tricks of this business.
